Trekking Well-Being

ExcursionWell being:

Our desire to offer a profound experience was born from a synergy with experts in the holistic practices sector (EmotionHouse).

We therefore propose an excursion in stages in which in each stage an aspect of the journey and well-being will be explored in depth. Everything will take place in the splendid setting of the hills close to the sea of Bogliasco and Pieve Ligure.

First step, hiker stretching:

you will experiment with simple stretching and joint mobilization techniques to better tackle the journey; experiencing physical lightness.

Second stage, conscious breathing:

close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing for a moment, listen to it if it flows well to your abdomen or gets stuck in your chest. You will learn diaphragmatic breathing by increasing your energy.

Third stage, end-of-trip cuddle:

it will be a moment of relaxation in which you will release tension and tiredness.

The vibrations of the Tibetan bells on the body will give you peace, serenity and harmony.

TECHNICAL AND LOGISTICAL DATA:

· Meeting: 9.30 am in San Bernardo, Bogliasco (GE). It is possible to reach the meeting place starting from Bogliasco following the creuza that leads to San Bernardo (200 m above sea level). 

· Difficulty: E (no type of difficulty)

· Length: approximately 6 km

EQUIPMENT: layered clothing, headgear, water, mat or towel (for practices), packed lunch.

PARTICIPATION FEES: 30 euros 

THE FEE INCLUDES:Guided excursion with a qualified hiking guide, associated with AGAEL, well-being stages organized by EmotionHouse, accident insurance for each participant.
