Trekking, arch and local flavors

A special day suitable for everyone to appreciate the beauties of the upper Val d'Orba, discover a beautiful outdoor activity with ancient roots and cool off with the waters of the mountain streams! The experience includes a half-day trek in the Beigua Regional Natural Park along the wonderful naturalistic context of the Badia ring; during the itinerary we will visit the training ground of the archers company # 03Olba to discover the fascinating world of archery accompanied by CSAIN instructors with demonstration in a natural environment. The excursion will continue to reach, in its most spectacular part, the view of the Orba gorges until it reaches the plain of the Badia. Lunch break with tasting of typical local products in an outdoor setting: packed lunch with local gastronomy products available. Finally, for those who wish, in the afternoon visit to the Abbey of Santa Maria alla Croce in Tiglieto (the first Cistercian abbey founded outside the borders of France), which this year celebrates its 900 years of history.
