On the traces of the wolf - Full day trek through ligurian mountains
Full day guided excursion with Steward for the LIFE WolfAlps project and certified Hiking Guide. Excursion within the project "The paths of the wolf in Alta Val d'Orba" born in 2016 to provide correct information on the Canis lupus italicus species.

Sunday 12 December we return together on the trail of the wolf! For this appointment we have chosen one of the most beautiful itinerary in the heart of the Beigua Regional Natural Park .
In this appointment we will deepen the increasingly current aspects of the species related to coexistence with humans in the rural and urban environment . Starting from biology and ecology we will try to know more deeply the characters that distinguish the species. To accompany us on this journey also the literary work "Osso la lupa - uomini e lupi sulle Alpi" ("Bone the wolf - men and wolves on the Alps"), by Matteo A. Rubino , a fresh and easy-to-read novel that will take us by the hand in its fantastic dimension to reflect together on stereotypes and realities concerning the wolf.
Last but not least, on this occasion we invite participants (optional) to indulge themselves with the camera! The most representative photos for the theme of the excursion will be published through the communication channels of LIFE WolfAlps EU!

Registration: registration is mandatory by 8.00 pm on Saturday 11 December.

Participation fee:
- € 15 per person
- 8 € per person children 7 - 13 years
- Free from 0 to 6 years
The fee includes: accompaniment with a qualified Environmental Hiking Guide (GAE), Steward LIFE WolfAlps EU , AIGAE member.
Recommended equipment: hiking boots, layered breathable technical clothing, trekking poles, anorak, hat or bandana, good water supply (at least 1 liter). Packed lunch (possibility of purchasing packed lunches with oven cooking at a partner restaurant, cost € 10.00, to be confirmed by 12/16/2021).
Mandatory safety equipment: CE approved protective masks (at least 2), EC approved hydroalcoholic gel
